Processing Time 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders will not be processed on Weekends or Holidays. Your order will be shipped off after processing is completed. If you order your items on Friday or a Holiday it will be processed the next business day. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect address provided, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. International orders may take a longer processing and shipping time. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing times for International Orders, during Sales, Holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and ETC.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to you submitting your payment information. We Charge $10 USD for US Shipping and $40 USD for International Shipping. We are not responsible for additional customs charges due to International Shipping. If your products are returned to us due to the Customer not paying their dues to customs it's not our responsibility to pay the Shipping Charges to send the items back to the Customer. The Customer will be responsible for all Shipping and Customs Charges. If your order is shipped back to our office there will be no refunds on any orders and the Customer will be charged a reshipment fee. 

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed it will be shipped and delivered via the Shipping Method chosen at checkout.

Estimated Times for US Orders:

  • USPS Standard Shipping 3-5 Business Days

International Orders: 

  • USPS Priority International mail 7-14 Business Days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed and shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show its progress. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the USPS Postal Services. This includes delays caused by COVID-19, Holidays, and Weekends. 

Rerouted Packages

  • Shipping addresses are not manually inputted. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another, please ensure your shipping address is correct upon receiving order confirmation email. 
  • If your tracking information states "notice left"  please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise your item will be returned to us.
  •  If an address error is made please email us within 4 hours of your confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment no changes can be made.
  • You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed into our warehouse. There will be no refunds on rerouted packages and the Customer will be charged a reshipment fee.
