We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Customer.email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
We diligently inspect all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, smoke, fragrances, or any damages if the item is not in the original condition the customer will not receive store credit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories, jewelry, and masks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
There will be no exchanges accepted at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is accepted. There are no refunds on any items only store credit. When you return an item and the return is accepted it may take 3-5 business days to receive your store credit. You will be notified via email when your return is processed.
